The Heart of the TDI Family of Companies
Since inception, the goal of TDI has been to have a productive, successful team that also felt like a family. Fortunately that has been the case throughout the years and if TDI is a family, ChariTDI is certainly the heart of the family. ChariTDI is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit corporation that was created during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our initial volunteer project was to manufacture and distribute face shields to area hospitals. Today, ChariTdi has become the charitable arm of the TDI family of companies. The charitable causes to which the company donates, as well as the volunteer efforts of the employees of TDI, are determined by a Board of Directors comprised of TDI employees. Board members serve a one-year term and any employee of TDI has the opportunity to volunteer to serve on ChariTDI’s Board.
